1. Why your access has been blocked?
The request was unfortunately blocked by our system because the requested domain is not authorized on Cloudways server i.e. The domain has been successfully pointed to a Cloudways server but it is not mapped to an application.
2. What can I do to resolve this?
If you are the site owner, visit the application’s Domain Management Section in Cloudways Platform, and add the domain to the application. For a step by step instructions please refer to our Knowledge Base article on how to map a new domain to your application.
